FLOOR PLAN

Floor plans are subject to change. Exhibitor sites will be allocated later in the year and the floor plans available here will as be updated regularly. 

ADVERTISING & MARKETING MATERIAL

We will soon have a larger selection of show posters, social media squares, banners and email signatures that you can download, use or customise to promote your company's presence at the show. If there is any specific size graphic you would like get in touch and we will be happy to adjust anything to suit. Make sure you Like the Facebook Page.

EXHIBITION HIRE ORDER FORMS

We have partnered with these exhibition hire companies for your furniture, flooring or black panel needs. You are welcome to use an alternative provider, please just let us know. Any items will be delivered straight to your site/marquee by Wednesday 9th March before exhibitor pack-in.

POWER APPLICATION FORM

If you would like power to your site please use the form below and email back to us. Please note you must have any electrical items tested and tagged before bringing them to the show.

PACK IN PACK OUT

PACK IN DETAILS

  • Thursday 10th March 

  • 9am - 6pm

  • If you have a lot of gear you may also use Wednesday 9th March (please inform us)

  • You may use the morning of Friday 11th for any last minute gear, but gates will be closed at 8:30am, as public entry is open from 9am

  • Strictly no moving vehicles at the show between 8:30am and 5pm on both event days

  • Security will be on site 24/7 from Wednesday 9th till Sunday 13th 

  • A forklift will be available during pack in

  • Exhibitor entry to the Canterbury Agricultural Park is off Curletts Road

  • Report to the NZ Trucking Association Show Office on arrival to collect exhibitor packs and sign in - strictly no children please

PACK OUT DETAILS

  • Sunday 13th March  

  • 8am - 3pm

  • If you have a lot of gear you may also use Monday 14th March, until 1pm (please inform us)

  • There will be no security on site after 12pm on Sunday 13th, but the NZ Trucking Team will be there until 3pm

  • A forklift will be available for pack out on Sunday

  • Please leave your site tidy, there may be additional charges if your site is left in a poor state

  • Please ensure if you have dug up the ground (with prior approval) that you have remediated this fully. Charges may apply if the ground is not remediated

  • Please stick to the speed limit of 10km/h

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • We are unable to accept courier deliveries to the Canterbury Agricultural Park until we begin pack in. Please arrange any deliveries to arrive after 9am Wednesday 9th March. We can advise the courier where your site is to drop the items if you are not there.

  • Please ensure you have permission from us for any digging on your site. This must be approved by the Showgrounds managers prior. Any unauthorised digging will result in charges. You are also responsible for properly remediating the ground during pack out.

  • All electronic devices that you will be plugging in at the show must first be tested and tagged.

SHOW PROCEED CHARITY DONATIONS

All proceeds from the 2022 TMC Trailers Trucking Industry Show will be donated to charities. We also donate to local clubs and organisations who provide volunteers to help at the show. We are always needing more people so if you know a club or group that would like to help, get in touch.

FRIDAY TRADE DAY & CAREERS SHOW CASE

Friday 11th March is a dedicated Trade Day and Careers Showcase. This day is a chance for exhibitors to network and host customers on a quieter day without the public attendance. We also encourage you to participate in the Careers Showcase running from 9am - 1pm, as this is the industry's opportunity to give students, and adults interested in a career change, a chance to explore all the options within transport. Exhibitor Function

Thanks to New Zealand Trucking Magazine, there will be a complimentary Exhibitor and Trade networking function from 5pm - 7pm on the Friday. All exhibitors and any remaining guests are welcome to attend, there will be drinks and nibbles included. This will be happening on the Teletrac Navman Lawn. During this time, the gates will be open for early-bird show & shine parking and these drivers are welcome to come and join.

SATURDAY PRIZE-GIVING CEREMONY

On Saturday 12th March the show will end at 5pm and those who have purchased tickets to the evening function will be able to access the Teletrac Navman Lawn. Tickets are $30 and includes entry, keep-cup, live entertainment and awards ceremony. There will be food trucks and bars set up for the evening with dinner and drinks at own cost. The Show & Shine, TR Group New Zealand Truck Driving Championships and Industry Competition award ceremonies will all take place. There will be a charity auction with some one-of-a-kind pieces available to grab. This is a great way to finish and celebrate the show, so don't miss out on tickets.
