Each exhibitor space includes two complimentary, two day entry passes. (All other individuals entering on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th March 2027 will be required to pay the $15.00 entrance fee per day or purchase a 2 day pass.) Exhibitors have to option to pre purchase an early bird two day pass at $20,00.

Marquee hire and Power are not included. A marquee and power booking form will be available online soon. You may use your own marquee or book one of the variety of sizes available.

Naming Sponorship payment is required on confirmation. Advertising will start immediatly

Deposit to secure your particpation is 50%, with the balance due 30th December 2026. Once you have been allocated your space, full payment is required. Any outstanding payments by December 2026, spaces will be re allocated.
 

Advertising and promotion will commence on receipt of the booking form and payment.
